The meeting
A private space, prepared for you alone.
Between two and a half and three hours, in person, in Dubai. No screens, no rush, nobody else in the room. We move through the VOLVER Method at your pace, with your body present in the conversation.

Your private questionnaire
You answer, at your own pace, a questionnaire I read in full. From it I prepare your Private Reset Map: your history, your present, your body.
Between 90 and 120 minutes, alone together
We move through the VOLVER Method live. You set the pace: speak, stay silent, cry, ask for a pause, stop a practice.
Twenty-one days of integration
Personalized material, three practices, your integration audio, a private check-in on day 7 and a call on day 21.

What people usually ask me.
Is this therapy?
No. It is private, conscious exploration work. I don't diagnose, I don't prescribe, and I don't replace psychological or medical treatment. If something needs a clinician, I'll tell you.
Is it only for women?
No. I work with women and men. The platform was born in a feminine voice, but THE PRIVATE RESET is 1:1 work and it is prepared for the person in front of me.
What language is the session in?
Spanish or English, whichever you prefer. Your material and your audio are prepared in the same language.
How is it scheduled?
After booking you enter your private space, complete your questionnaire and choose your date directly in my calendar, in your own timezone.
Can I talk to Flo before paying?
Yes, and I recommend it if you're unsure. Write to me on WhatsApp and we'll talk before you book.
Is it confidential?
Absolutely. Your questionnaire and your session are private. Nothing is shared, nothing is published without your explicit permission.
Can I pay in instalments?
No. It's a single payment, in US dollars, by card or with the digital payment methods on your device.
Do you travel to my city?
No. The in-person experience happens only in Dubai. If you can't come, the online experience is just as deep.
